Delivery options
Orders from rentcarlt.com are shipped from Polocko g. 6B, LT-01204 Vilnius, Lithuania. You choose the delivery option in the cart and at checkout.
- Pickup at Polocko g. 6B, Vilnius – free, usually ready within 24 hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00)
- LP Express parcel locker – €1.70, 1–3 working days
- Omniva parcel locker – €2.30, 1–3 working days
- Venipak parcel locker – €2.50, 1–3 working days
- LP Express courier to your door – €3.60, 1–3 working days
- Venipak courier to your door – €4.70, 1–3 working days
Parcels within Lithuania are delivered by Paysera Delivery. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Electric bikes: e-bikes are normally collected in Vilnius, where we hand over, set up and explain charging and care. Delivery elsewhere in Lithuania can be arranged on request; we confirm the price before payment.
Rentals: cars and rental e-bikes are handed over in person at the pickup point chosen when booking.
Batteries: carrier rules restrict shipping of loose lithium batteries. If your order contains a battery, we contact you to agree on safe delivery or pickup.
