Clear rules for parts, electric bikes, repair services and rentals. Updated 22 July 2026.
1. Seller and scope
Sindeed Consortium LLC, MB, company code 307018908, operates rentcarlt.com and the RentCarLT / ElectriXLT brands. Customer service address: Polocko g. 6B, Vilnius, Lithuania.
These terms cover e-bike and scooter parts, electric bikes, related mobility products, repair and maintenance services, and car or e-bike rentals. Agreed order, work-order or rental terms prevail where they do not conflict with mandatory law.
2. Orders, prices and payment
An offer becomes binding only after availability, price and any delivery or service date are confirmed. Consumer prices are stated in euro and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
Payment may be made using the method shown at checkout or another method agreed in writing. A deposit or advance may be required for special orders, high-value goods, repairs or rentals; the amount and conditions are disclosed before the contract is concluded.
3. Goods, delivery and conformity
Product compatibility and essential specifications follow the product page or written quotation. Customers should provide the vehicle model and relevant photos where compatibility is uncertain.
Consumer goods benefit from the minimum two-year statutory legal guarantee under Lithuanian and EU law. If goods are not in conformity, the consumer may request free repair or replacement and, where legally available, a proportionate price reduction or termination. Any commercial warranty is additional and cannot reduce statutory rights.
4. Repair and maintenance
Expected diagnostic work, parts, labour and price are agreed as far as reasonably possible before work starts. Material additional work identified during diagnosis requires customer approval.
If a distance-ordered service begins during the 14-day withdrawal period at the consumer’s express request, the consumer may owe a proportionate amount for work supplied before withdrawal. The right of withdrawal for a fully performed service is lost only where the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement were obtained.
5. Rentals, deposits, damage and late return
Car and e-bike rentals are governed by the booking confirmation and a separate rental agreement covering dates, price, deposit, handover, return, permitted use and applicable charges.
Documented damage beyond normal wear, missing accessories, additional cleaning, unauthorised use or late return may be deducted from the deposit or charged under the individual terms disclosed before rental. Car rental booked for a specific date or period, and other time-specific rental or leisure services where the law provides, may be exempt from the 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right.
6. Consumers, business customers and complaints
Special consumer protections apply to natural persons acting outside their trade or profession. They do not automatically apply to B2B transactions, which are governed by the quotation, invoice, contract and mandatory law.
Submit complaints to Evaldas.Glumbakas@Sindeedconsortium.lt with the order or repair reference, requested remedy and supporting material. Consumer complaints are handled free of charge and receive a reasoned written reply within 14 days. Unresolved Lithuanian consumer disputes may be submitted through VTIS.
7. Mandatory rights prevail
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory rights under Lithuanian or European Union consumer law. If a term conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails and the remaining terms continue to apply.
