What is the difference between EU Locked and EU Unlocked?
EU Locked e-bikes are set up for road use in Lithuania: up to 1200 W and 25 km/h. EU Unlocked e-bikes ship with the full power and speed of the chosen version and may only be used where that power and speed are allowed.
Can I test ride an e-bike before buying?
Yes. Test rides are available at Polocko g. 6B by arrangement. Message us on WhatsApp to book a time.
Do you deliver e-bikes?
Most customers pick up in Vilnius. Delivery in Lithuania can be arranged; contact us for a quote.
What do I need to rent a car or e-bike?
For cars, bring a valid driving licence, ID and the same contact details used for booking. For e-bikes, an ID and your booking details are normally enough.
Where do pickup and return happen?
Pickup and return are arranged in Vilnius. The final handover point and time are confirmed before the booking starts.
Can tourists book with RentCarLT?
Yes. Tourists can rent cars and e-bikes with valid documents. We confirm the requirements before handover.
How does payment work?
Pay securely online at checkout. For business orders or special requests, contact us and we confirm the payment method.
Can I extend a rental?
Usually yes, if the car or e-bike is still available. Contact us before the scheduled return time.
Do you repair e-bikes bought elsewhere?
Yes. We repair most e-bike and e-scooter brands. Send a photo or video on WhatsApp first.
Can I return a product?
