Battery problems are the most common reason an e-bike or e-scooter stops working. We test the battery, charger and wiring in our Vilnius workshop and explain the options before any work starts.
Typical battery problems
- Battery does not charge
- Range dropped suddenly
- Bike switches off under load
- Charger light does not change
- Loose or burnt connector
- BMS protection triggers
What we do
Check the charger, charging port and fuse.
Measure battery voltage and behaviour under load.
Inspect connectors and wiring between battery and controller.
Recommend repair, replacement battery or a new charger, with the price confirmed first.
Safety
Never charge a battery that is swollen, hot or smells burnt. Bring it to us or contact us on WhatsApp first. Chargers and charging ports are available in our parts shop.
