Refund policy

14 days to give notice · 14 days to send the goods back · 14 days for us to refund.

14-day withdrawal
If you buy goods online, you can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving them. For services, the period runs from the conclusion of the contract. Statutory exceptions apply. Send us a clear withdrawal statement within 14 days and return the goods within a further 14 days.

Condition and installed parts
Goods may be handled only as needed to check their nature and functioning. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond that. Installation, use, contamination or damage may substantially reduce the refund. Return all accessories, manuals and parts of the set. Pack batteries and electronics safely, and do not ship a damaged lithium battery without contacting us first.

Exceptions
Goods made to your specifications or personalised, fully performed services (after your express consent), and car rental or other leisure services booked for a specific date or period.

Repairs and services
If you ask for a service to start during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the work already done.

Refunds
Eligible payments, including the cheapest standard delivery cost, are refunded within 14 days after your notice, to the original payment method through Paysera. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return. You pay the direct return costs for non-faulty goods.

Faulty goods
Consumer goods have a minimum two-year statutory guarantee: free repair or replacement, and where legally available, a price reduction or cancellation.

In-store and business purchases
There is no general change-of-mind return right for goods bought in our shop. Consumer withdrawal rules do not automatically apply to business (B2B) purchases.

How to request a return
Email Evaldas.Glumbakas@Sindeedconsortium.lt with your name, order number, order/delivery date and the item. Returns go to Polocko g. 6B, LT-01204 Vilnius.

This policy does not limit your mandatory rights under Lithuanian or EU consumer law.
